Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to alleviate pain and treat various health conditions. It is believed that acupuncture works by stimulating the body's natural healing processes and restoring balance to the flow of energy (also known as qi or chi) throughout the body.

Massage Therapy

Orthopedic massage is a form of massage therapy that focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. It involves the use of various massage techniques and exercises to help reduce pain, improve range of motion, and restore function to the affected area.
